Our evolution

WFD was solving document, data and workflow problems before RPA/bots became mainstream and before generative AI changed how the market talked about automation.
Repeated delivery exposed the same recurring problems: email intake, routing, matching, integration, reusable accounts data, content access and operational visibility. Those patterns became focused WFD Engines.
That changes the shape of the company without discarding its strongest asset. WFD can supply software, deliver the entire solution, or work alongside a customer's or partner's team.
